1. Scope of Services
Babish Accounting provides professional accounting services, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial reporting, and audit support. Services are delivered based on the scope outlined in your engagement agreement. We do not provide legal or investment advice.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate financial information
• Respond promptly to documentation requests
• Notify Babish Accounting of changes in business structure or contact details

Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or limited service.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur fees or result in service suspension

  • Then 5% per day after 7 days
• Accepted payment methods include ACH, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal

4. Confidentiality
Babish Accounting maintains strict confidentiality of all client data. Information is stored securely and only shared with authorized third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 

5. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Babish Accounting reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, breach of agreement, or unethical conduct. Any outstanding fees or deliverables will be addressed upon termination.

6. Limitation of Liability
Babish Accounting is not liable for:

• Decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate client data
• Delays caused by third-party platforms or regulatory agencies
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
